I only had an hour within which to make as many photos as I could, which as usual only amounted to being three or four. Everything was just so photogenic, yet at the same time nothing was a photograph. Unless you can just take the time and sit down for a while and think about what it’s like to be there, you probably won’t be able to make a photograph that communicates this. Having a tripod is a good starting point, as it makes you slow down and think. more
