20 Upper Hollyford River

The Upper Hollyford River f/22, 1/4 sec, ISO 100, Canon 5D Mk IV, Canon 100-400 @263mm Rivers feel more exciting and volatile when they are closer to their source, high up in the mountains. There is a feeling of urgency about them there that makes me want to try and capture their energy. The slow shutter speed helps do this as it makes the water look and feel cool and active. more →
