I'm not trying to tell a story, I'm not trying to make a point, I'm not trying to show my skill with the artifice of photography. I'm just saying look, see, this IS...
Like many I got seriously into photography when digital image making made it seemingly more approachable. A few years later and now I dabble in digital and film, with a primary interest in Landscape but increasingly finding new avenues to explore and new approaches to image making.
I’m primarily a landscape photographer though that does encompass almost anything I find whilst out hiking. I particularly enjoy my photography when it’s building a body of work or project such as hiking The Thames Path or The Cotswold Way or Bredon Hill throughout 2016.
I am a developmental psychologist, banjo player and an amateur photographer living near Boston, Massachusetts.
Our 4x4 feature is a set of four mini landscape photography portfolios from our subscribers, each consisting of four images related in some way. You can view previous 4x4 portfolios here.
If you would like to submit your 4x4 portfolio, please visit this page for submission information. We are looking for contributions for the next few issues, so please do get in touch if you're interested!
